He has about 32 years of experience in the setting up of hotel and restaurant projects of various sizes and categories in India and abroad. Being a Chef turned Designer, he has managed curating his knowledge and skills over the past 30 years by creating some of India’s finest F&B concepts, that has earned him a renowned reputation in the industry. A perfectionist at hand, he has incorporated his vision and ideas into his young team of designers and draftsmen.
